WHEN WILL YAHOO STOP BEING UNDER MAINTENANCE?!?
I've been trying to add a profile picture for MONTHS and it only continue to say:
"This action could not be completed because we are currently under maintenance.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later."
I've TRIED clearing my cache. I've TRIED switching browsers. I've TRIED using a different computer. I've TRIED waiting.
I JUST WANT TO CHANGE MY DAMN PROFILE PICTURE!

When they are able to hire someone to fix it. Until then you have 2 choices: accept it or demand a refund and refuse to use the site until they meet your demands.
As they have made no such announcement I doubt they are under maintenance.There are a lot of problems and it takes time to get them ironed out,so we must be patient.
