dont buy diet pill most can make you gain wait so you keep buying them just get off your *** and do some exercise , just think how good it would be to be strong and healthy
OTC diet pills do not really do anything for you. The pills that doctor's prescribe, such as Adipex or Phentramene work better, however, you have to realize that after you quit taking them, you are susceptible to gaining weight again since you are no longer taking pills to curb your appetite and sometimes you can even gain more weight than where you were before you started taking them. I do believe that some people do need a boost in the beginning to help and motivate them, but the real key is moderation. Eat healthy and exercise - that will help you lose and then maintain your healthy weight. It's hard, but you have to be determined, but the accomplishment is so worth it! Good luck.
Haha well my friend, I don't suggest using diet pills. Instead incorporate Dietary Supplements such as Omega 3 and whichever vitamins you feel that are needed. Though if its weight you want to get rid of, the old diet and routine excercise works best!
how about instead of taking the easy way out and severely damaging your body and metabolism, you stop eating so much junk and fast food, stop drinking 6 cokes a day and do some situps. if you are a fatty lazy slob even 10 to 15 minutes of exercise a day will make a huge difference.
NONE they are just a gimmick and the only real thing you need to do is eat less and NO snacking in between meals (THAT MEANS NO SWEETS) also do more exercise if you do more walking, running, cycling etc than you did before then YOU will lose weight
