So whenever I do a sit up I have a sharp piercing pain in my lower back. Its about in the area a tail would be if humans had tails. At first I thought it was my belt loop digging into my spine, but then I tried it in just underwear, and it hurt just as badly. Why does it hurt like this?
P.S. its not stretching.

u are not doing your sit up right, probably your neck or back is not in the right posture it should be when you re doing your sit ups. also make sure u do a little warm up before exercising. I think u should give the sit ups a break and rest ur back. U cant get it back once you damage it.
I recognize u imply been ebaresed along with your frame been there performed that .. Well I consider it coz one of the crucial 2 matters eater u use a gigantic attitude to tug yourself whilst coaching or u are doing it unsuitable .. And if u mastabate then diminish it coz it f***s your gap frame and well good fortune
