Actually you shouldn't stack filters. Remove the Skylight filter when using the polarizer.

After 38 years of using either a Skylight or Haze/UV filter to protect the front element of my lens I'm pretty well convinced that they're worth using - especially when I look at the front element of my lenses that are 37 to 38 years old and they're still pristine. I'd much rather clean a filter than a lens.

Each filter takes away some of the image. Most serious photographers try to avoid stacking filters. If nothing else, it can cause the edges of the photo to be dim as the metal rim of outside filter crowds into the incoming light.

I'm not even sure that these two would work well together, as they both affect the appearance of the sky. I don't use a 1A on digital cameras so I may be missing something important here.

I'd stick with just the CPL and make any changes you need to the coloring via your photo editor. Even free packages can generally handle that.

And in general, I'd do some research into the necessity for the 1A filter. It was very valuable in film photography but your digital imaging may not need that kind of help. I'm thinking the reseach will be helpful for you. Someone who needs to ask your question may gain a lot by looking a little further into when to use which filters.

I'd try a polarizing filter.
