I have to know TODAY or early wednesday what ti take. The opinions greatly vary but apparently the Spanish class at our school is hard and gives a lot of work. I am signed up for it but i can change it. And according to three people in French they say it is easy. The two people who said French is easy said Spanish is hard. The one person i have talked to that has taken Spanish says its easy but i think she hates me so i don't entirely trust that source as of now. She said she would get very mad if i switched I have 4.0 but i am lazy at school and don't like to do work. French has like two projects and i don't know if Spanish has any. Also take into account i will probably go on the trip to the country which means either France or Spain. I guess both are nice. The French one can get snappy sometimes though it sounds and once someone was joking about blowing up the school and she got them suspended. I will likely have help from friends who have taken French and um well possibly in Spanish. I would like to learn the other one too someday. Whats better? I have no idea and the question has been upsetting me and making me depressed. Take everything into account. Btw i have to take two years.
Update:The other person i asked about Spanish graduated but she said Spanish is hard and actually advised me to take German (the class is full) :( I don't know if it was the work or the language but i think she said tenses are really hard or something or i i think what was hard. I don't know though still if it was the language or the work or both. She said she struggled with it for two years.
Update 3:I guess the person who had trouble with spanish had trouble with school i found out
Update 5:PEOPLE PLEASE ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update 7:Even though i said i need answer today ANSWER ANYWAYS

You Need To Look At THe Langs. Sure French Might Be Easier At Your School But The Lang. Is Difficult To Speak And Understand... On The Other Hand Spanish Is Easier Lang. But The Class May Be Harder To Get What The Course Call For In... I Am A Senior In High School And I Would Say Choose Spanish (More Spanish People In America Then French People)... Since You Want To Learn The Other As Well Someday Save French For College (Or Since You Already Took Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 in High School You Can Go Straight To Spanish 3 in College) But As Me Bieng Me I Would Choose Spanish It Has Alot To Offer To America That 1 More Person Can Speak The Rising Population's Lang. In The US.
I Hope You Go With Your Mind...

Why don't you listen to recorded books, songs, or videos online and see which language feels more comfortable? You are more likely to use Spanish in the U.S., and you are more likely to find tutors for Spanish. For initial learning, Spanish is generally thought to be easier.
Whoever was "joking" about blowing up the school must have lived in a plastic envelope since 9/11, and how come you haven't noticed how frightened people are?
Think about what you want to do after high school. Where would you like to work/travel?
Speaking Spanish can be an employment plus if you live in the southern US or on the coast.
Relax. Anything you learn is a feather in your cap and has uses in the future. Try to see beyond high school, but don't get paralyzed over this decision. It will be ok either way.
spanish u will actually use it someday
