All four have exactly the same base stats, but I say it's Garchomp because of its typing, speed, and movepool. Garchomp has near perfect coverage with only its STAB moves, perfect if a fire type move is applied, it is the fastest pesudo-legendary, it has a great movepool, which include Swords Dance, you just need Earthquake, Outrage/Draco-Meteor, Fire Blast/Flamethrower/Fire Fang, and Swords Dance to utterly destroy everything.

I like Dragonite, but I think Garchomp has the best stats.

I like tyranitar also but I think it would come down to garchomp and dragonite because not only can both fly they can fly extremely fast.
