Out of those four, I would pick Thomas Jones. I would pick Travis Henry, but with his turf toe injury and his being questionable, I would hate to leave that decision until gametime. If Henry can go, I would pick Henry. If not, go with Jones. Cedric Benson is the #2 option in Chicago and might not get you the points you need for the win if Thomas Jones is your #1 guy.
Julius Jones isn't even an option - I expect the Redskins D to toughen up against Dallas the way they always do. He might get a big play or two but I don't expect much from him.
all 4 will be spling carries. t jones and benson, j jones with barber, and henry with brown. all 4 are a crap shoot. no one can predict how each will perform. last week was a good week for henry. looking at the schedule chicago is going up against the weaker run defense. but who know wich of their RB's will get the most carries?? it is a good thing u have 2 Studs that don't split carries because the 4 you are choosing from all are spliting carries until the other RB on their respective teams get hurt.
I would start J. Jones as brother Thomas and Cedric will split their carries and not to mention Detroits def was able to silence S. Alexander last week. Stick with J. Jones Dallas will be hyped for the big game aggainst the Skins.
decide on lynch, even nevertheless he's up against a hard Pitt D. He has super enormous play capacity = huge delusion capacity. Portis will take nearly all of the contains from Betts and Pittman imo isn't official anymore.
if i were you id starts T.J. and cedric and dump julius and henry ASAP julius plays behind a crappy o-line and henry as already pointed out by you is a wimp

One of the Jones brothers, for sure. Benson is the backup and Henry took the Goal Line carries last week and has the toe issue.

Julius Jones. He is the only one on that list that is the primary running back.
