I was in Marine Recon, but I am going to answer the Navy Seals. My answer is based primarily on the fact that the Navy Seals have always enjoyed a LOT of funding which enables them to always have the best equipment and training. That being said, all the special forces are very very tough, dedicated men who could probably do just about as well as each other if they all had access to the same level of resources.
Depends on the mission. If you wish to train foreign fighters and need language and cultural skills then the SF (Green Berets) are the choice. If you wish to take out ships on the sea then SEAL's will do nicely. Want to raid an airfield? Then Rangers or a USMC MEU (SOC) are two fine choices. Generally scuba missions will be SEALs but the SF has scuba teams also. HALO missions will generally be SF but the SEALs do have the capability. If I had to choose one element above all others I would go with the Army SF types, the training ins the most comprehensive by far what with the language skills and the redundancy of MOS'.
Seals- Buds is the hardest training program, they have the best gear, and learn the best skills. Of any of them I'd like to say I'm a navy seal because people know you have to be badass to pass buds and there just generally known for being the best by regular people.
I have always liked the Recon Marines, because they are like an elite unit within an elite group of warriors. I like the Marines a lot and want to join up one day. My dad was a marine. How old are you? Have you heard that Marine Force Recon has been disbanded and replaced by a stupid new program called MARCOS? The Navy SEALs are pretty hard-core, too. Thank you for the interesting question. Semper Fi!
They all fight for the United States of America. They are both on the same team. You cannot tell which one is better. You best be glad that the two elite groups are on our side.

Impossible to answer a question such as this. Each have their specialties and each have their missions. You can't compare them.

Well, Recon Marines and Army Rangers are both Special Operations but they're more like elite infantry. I'd have to say Navy SEALs, and I'm Army. lol

They are all in special ops. It depends on the mission. Remember you said the key word, "team". that is what it is about.
