I used to work upper body (pecs back shoulders) and arms(biceps triceps forearms) on day and legs and lower back the next day, take a day off and start with the first one again. I
Now I have started focusing on one part every day. For example pecs and abs on Monday, arms on Tuesday, back and shoulders on Wednesday, and legs on Thursday. I am worried because on the second day I am only benching once a week as apposed to three times a week.

Idk but sex is the best workout.
first is much better. Fully body workouts in 2 days tend to yield better results than just focusing on one area a day.
