I'm 15 years old.. I have very small white bumps around my eyes. Like hundreds of them. They look like whiteheads. But it is very hard to pop them since the skin around the eyes is very delicate and thin. They make my eyes look very dull. The skin around my eyes also looks sort of scaly/full of wrinkles and dark due to them.
They look very similar to the bumps under the eye in this pic: http://i42.tinypic.com/345d64m.jpg
(The above pic is not mine. I just found the pic on the net. Hence just ignore the red eye)
I dont have any eye/ skin infection..I feel it is some sort of acne.. Do you know how to remove them permanently or at least how to reduce their visible appearance? Thanks a lot!

Well hello there. I'm 18 years old. Anyways, congratulations, you have milia! Its caused by keratin getting trapped in your skin. And keratin is just a little substance produced by your skin. No worries kid, they go away on there own. Two possibly three weeks. But if you're the chick magnet kind of guy then there are a few creams you can get. Topical retinoid cream such as tretinoin, tazarotene, or adapalene.
