Who understands women?
A co worker of mine act strange around me. She is my friend i guess cause we go to break and stuff together we will call her Lily. I was telling Lily about a good friend of mine and that i was going to have lunch with a friend named tracy today at a place next to work. Lily and she asked me if i liked tracy, after i told her I didnt, she asked me if Tracy liked me. i asked her why the questions and lily said 'just because'. Is she just being nosey? Or is she jealous? Why did she do this?

Tracy probably likes you and Lilys helping her out. She wouldn't straight up ask you these questions if she likes you, unless she's crazy or doesn't like to play coy. Maybe she asked you if Tracy likes you to see if you might start to observe that she likes you, she could just want you to noticing Tracy.
OR maybe she likes to gossip, cuz she's one of them nosey bitches. :)

sounds like she is trying to feel out the situation. Not intentionally being nosey. If you have lunch together, she may think you are good enough friends to ask such a question. I do sense a bit of jealousy though. Perhaps she likes you.

She sounds jealous to me :/ maybe she wants you to ask her on a date. If you like her....go for it.....if not..... let her know but be nice about it :)
