Why can't my PC run Minecraft well?
My PC specs are 12GB ram, Overclocked 3.07GHz Intel Core i7, Dual Nvidia GeForce 560s. I can run BF3 Ultra at over 100FPS but I can barley run Minecraft at 20? Any help?
Update:I already have Optifine smooth but it only improves it by an average of 5 FPS

Make sure it's running off of your graphics cards. It may be using your built in processor graphics card (it sucks). You might need to set it up in your Nvidia control panel. My laptop has only half the specs of your computer and it runs Minecraft very smoothly, so it's definetely not a hardware problem.
