He wore black trousers and white socks because they contrasted and people would pay more attention to his feet when he danced. It's the same reason he wore white plasters on the end of his fingers. He wore them so when he moved his hands when dancing people would be able to see his hand movements properly. (:

That was once his own designated sort. He is the only person I've see with jeans and socks like that. He did seem effective though, didn't he? MJs the only individual who might put on short pants and white socks and seem damn excellent! :)
