I'm going to have to go with Gundam Wing. It is just as entertaining as the others and has a greater depth to it. It deals with issues such how wars are never fought for what they appear to be fought for. It deals with dozens of issues that the other series don't even touch on.
At the moment, either the original Gundam series or Gundam Seed, which is a retelling of the original story with the concept of "new types" already thrown in. I think they were called Coordinators in Seed.
Char Anzable is just one of those cool villains that's rarely duplicated (although the Gundam francises have certainly tried).
While I haven't seen all of them, I did enjoy the manga of the original Gundam series, and 0080 War in the Pocket, 0083 Stardust Memories, Zeta Gundam, and Char's Counterattack.
Despite the animation quality, it's probably worth it to see the original Gundam which started the whole phenomenon (see the movie compilation). Add to that the Zeta Gundam movie compilation too. No aliens, no sentient robots (Haro?), no black & white. Just different sides of a conflict, reasons for war, allegiances, sacrifices, betrayals, and drama. and some really neat mecha designs & combat sequences in the later series.
I liked G gundam, but if I ever saw just a random episode, I would never have an idea of where it is in the series unless if it's at the end or beginning
cellular healthful Gundam: The eighth Ms crew After warfare Gundam X turn a Gundam Gundam SEED more desirable Defender Gundam rigidity Gundam SEED destiny be conscious that a number of those were under no circumstances released in u.s.

Gundam Wing is the best series. Of all the different Gundam franchise, GW has the best story and characters
