im 17, and i smoke cannabis pretty regularly, everyday, since around my mid 16's.
i read once that, if you smoked before the ages of 15 you were way more likely to get the disorder. i have never suffered from anything, no depression no nothing, although i am quite, but that just my nature, there is no history of it running down my family, and also im latino, and ive heard that us hispanics are less likely to get it, than black Caribbeans.
so im wondering despite all this if i could still get it and having no mental trumor so far in life, and what are the symptoms of getting it?
thanks

There's no way to tell for sure. Usually, people get the disorder in their 20's. Now, if you smoke weed or drink regularly, there have been studies that show you are 10% more likely to get the disorder, and it will happen in your 30's rather than your 20's. There are also some genetic connections, so if your family has a history of this disease, I'd be worried. If not, I'd be careful, but no worried.
-- also, I don't know where Nikolas got his facts, but you definitely DO NOT have a 70% chance of getting this disorder!!!
It's just theory. It's not proven. I smoke and know a lot fo people that have smoked for years since they were younger than 15, and non of them are schizo's.
If you smoke it it will be a 70% chance you will get schizofrenia. Dont smoke it. You can get LOTS of diseases and disabilities. i've heard of one guy that took it for a month and he developed a mental illness where he studdered and didn't know some of his vocabulary.
Yes it's true.
Your balls will shrink too, and no girl will be able to have sex with you.
