Workout Calender/Schedule?

Can someone formulate a workout calender for me? I'm not looking for exercises and workouts but merely a calender to follow depending on the regularity in which each muscle should be worked. The following should be placed on the calender:

1.Biceps

2.Triceps

3.Forearms

4.Chest

5.Shoulders

6.Back

7.Legs

8.Abs
