It's classy, it's chic, it's elegant - I'm a sucker for those kinds of names. Nowadays people seem to obsessed with finding the perfectly yooneek name for their baby girl, hence all the Katelyns, Peytins and Nevaehs running around. But they don't care about their girls, obviously, since they should know that misspelled and made up names are not accepted when it comes time to apply for a job.
Lucy Clementine is sweet, sophisticated and mature. It's never going to hold a girl back from achieving her full potential, because it's the type of name people look at and acknowledge, straight off the bad, as an upper-class name.
Fav Boy: Max Anthony.
While I'm not overly fond of Anthony at this point since it is so grossly over-popular, what really does it for me is Max. How many boys, nowadays, are named Max? Not many, by my count, considering there seem to be an unnaturally high amount of Jacobs, Skylers, Bentleys and Rivers running around. It's sort of sad, really, that a majestic name like Alexander can easily be overtaken by something as simple as Max due to popularity status. Max Anthony sounds like an intelligent boy, which will be important for the future. And I can see no way in which such a name could be outright teased, as opposed to the other 4 I mentioned:
Jacob - Loves Bella!
Skyler - The girly-girl.
Bentley - Get bent.
River - Hippy.
All in all, it's a classy name.
Least Fav out of the Bunch: Lily Beatrix
I advise you to stay away from this one. Though nice, it will undoubtedly be connected to Harry Potter, due to the fact that Lily became popular after the Harry Potter series was released, and so did Beatrix, since most people knew they couldn't go and name their daughter Bellatrix - so they settled for a near clone.
Lily Beatrix will forever be seen by critics and fans alike as a not-so-subtle reference to the characters from HP. And that's more inconveniencing then you might think. Plus, Beatrice seems far more subtle and sophisticated than Beatrix (Lily Beatrice), which would make for a much better name, in my books, at least.
I love all of the girls, but my favorite is Penelope June.
For a boy, my favorite name is Benjamin...It's super classic, masculine and strong. Max is a nick name, and Noah and Alexander are nice, but sounds awkward together.
I like Lucy, not so much with that middle name, but I do like Lucy, in fact, I Love Lucy! Haha, tv jokes, but um, I love Benjamin too as a whole name, and I like the nickname Benji for it too!(:
