There are two things that could have happened.
1.) They found a fourth video, which leads to an automatic disabling of your partnership. They probably wouldn't email you specifically about it, they'd just tell you that your partnership is disabled.
2.) You didn't have enough views/subscriptions/regularly posted videos. Youtube has a criteria for who can have a partnership and who can't (it's a secret, no one knows how many views or subscriptions you need exactly). If this is the case, then you can no longer have a partnership on this channel ever again. You need to delete the channel or just the videos and upload them to a new one and wait until you get at least a thousand views per video (if you upload them weekly) and then try for a partnership again. If people were losing interest in your videos, find out why maybe.
Dude i'm in a similar position I do gameplay commentaries it extremely is lower than YouTube's honest use coverage yet so a techniques in uncomplicated words 5 out of the 8 video clips I uploaded were monetised. It pisses me off cuz I artwork flat out on each video. It basically about appears like its a random procedure because my modern video did precisely what replaced into performed on my previous video clips yet some were given monetized and this one did not. Machinima is definitely an determination, i do not understand a thanks to visual exhibit unit to them yet they settle for gameplay statement of all kinds.
