Hi everyone! I'm 5'2 & weigh 145lbs. I've already lost 15 pounds and would like to lose another 15 before I head to Mexico in 10 weeks.
Right now I run 3 miles a day and alternate upper & lower body workouts (with & without weights & machines). I try to eat right (4-5 times a day) but I'd like to "Kick it up a notch" to get rid of these last few "pesky pounds".
Any ideas?
*Please only serious responses. No quick fix powders, juices, pills.*
I'm in this to maintain a healthy weight & lifestyle and have fallen into quick fix traps in the past. I'm done with that!
