Ask for home education services. Your school should provide you with a visiting teacher and possibly online educational abilities. This will allow you to keep up with your studies on your own schedule. You can also look into the K-12 online program which is often free if your district has opted to pay for it. It's an online school that meets all standards requirements. There are even programs that allow AP classes from home and free websites like Khan Academy that would allow you to study at home.
If you want to keep attending school when you can you may be able to look at Khan Academy or other strategies that will allow you to keep up even when you're absent a lot as opposed to a program like K-12 that would put you at home full time. In some districts visiting teachers are only an option for kids who are home full time, but in others the students can attend itermittently. The visiting teachers are generally organized through Sped, but work with students with all levels of academic ability.
504 Plans are NOT beneath the umbrella of designated schooling and also you will have to no longer be serving a little one that has one. 504 Plans do matters like, excuse a scholar from magnificence to manage matters like toileting, administering medicinal drugs...matters of that nature; tutorial and environmental adjustments. The curriculum will have to no longer be transformed or altered for those scholars.
With medical documentation you should be allowed a reduced load or the option for Homebound instruction if you miss to many days in a row.
