Well I don't really understand why you have backache because this symptom doesn't happen until your quite far on in pregnancy due to weight gain. But the questions you need to ask yourself is did you have unprotected sex? Are your periods usually late or are they regular? Have you experienced any spotting? If you answered yes to these questions then my opinion is to go and take a pregnancy test in the next week! Don't do it too early because there might not be enough pregnancy hormone in your body yet if you are pregnant so might show a wrong reading.

Also, white discharge is very common in woman, so is clear, sticky discharge. It is a discharge of protein from inside the womb and that has been excreted. It is also a sign that your ovulating.

The discharge is normal, the body will create more fluid and unless you smell anything or it changes color, don't be alarmed. THe cramps are common with implantation, but it doesn't happen to everyone. If you're feeling dizzy, make sure you're getting enough to eat and drink. Often your body demands more, even early in pregnancy. Drink lots of water and reduce sodas and coffee. If you feel dizzy between meals, have small snacks like crackers or other treats you enjoy.
