I've had a bad cramp pain in my lower stomach since about 3am, It's not constant, but whenever I cough or move or laugh it hurts a lot like I've been punched or something. It's not indegestion because I've taken indegestion tablets and they didn't help, I've taken paracetamol and that didn't help either. Twice I felt like I was going to vomit and my stomach felt weird, and once I had a bit of a shooting pain through my stomach up to my chest. Any ideas what this could be?

Oh and by the way, it feels like indigestion but it can't be because the pain is only there if I move or something, and I dont usually get indigestion this bad.
