Im getting contacts in a couple days and I have very noticeable bags under my eyes and im only 16. Ive tried the whole ice thing and it didnt really work (either that or i didnt do it right). How can i get rid of these things PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
