Best Canon or Nikon Cameras for under $200?
so...my birthday's coming up and i'm on a tight budget. i have been looking everywhere for a really good digital camera and i'm looking for one with 10-12 mega pixels. i need lots of help!

What will you be doing with 12 megapixels? You seem to think you need 10 or 12 MP. You will find the more megapixels, doesn't make a camera better.
I have a Nikon S210. It only has eight megapixals, but I really like it. It only cost about $130 -very affordable. My sister has a FUJIFILM Finepix Z with 10 megapixals. It cost $169. It's really nice because you can just slide it to turn it on. Either one I would recommend.
