just keep in mind wild color fade QUICKLY. just get colored extensions from wherever place you go if you want strips of blue hair, etc. saves you ALOT of money

anyways SPLAT! is DECENT, there arent any "best" blue dyes, you can try Manic Panic as well, but i didn't have a good experience with MP.

Splat comes with the color hair dye AND the bleach in one, so it saves you alot of time in the long run.
