Best Hair-Dye brands?
I want to dye my hair for the first time. I'll have my friend do it for me because she dyes her own hair and it looks fabulous. I want all of my roots done and a little bit lighter than it is now. I have fair skin, like the girls below.

go on sallybeauty.com and look for Ion hair dye. Thats what i use, its professional and it works really good and it leaves your hair soft. I do the darkest brown so i use 10% developer. With your hair i would use 30-40
