I cut my heel on some goggles in the pool and now I'm bleeding but the tore skin covers it . What should I do ? Put a bandaid clip the tore skin off ? What

Just put on a bandaid to protect if from opening. Do not tear the skin open.
I always got these when I was little. It's no big deal. It'll go away over time, so there's no reason to worry about it.
