I dont see gbp cashcows riding along w/ shaeffers departure after oscar and arums partnership comes to its fruition... what do you think haymon can offer against the wide array of possible big fights that can be made between tr and gbp?
Somehow I just don't see GoldenBoy going anywhere, I seriously doubt Schaffer and Hayman spell the end of Oscar's company. Bernard has his own best interests in mind, and that includes GoldenBoy's success after his boxing career is over. GoldenBoy isn't any any trouble at all.
Oscar needs to fill that position fast.... A boxers career is short lived, they have to make the most of it whilst they can.... That means opting to join the best promotional team around..
Oscar has a well documented issue with drugs, drink, cross dressing, and the Lord know's what else... Can he be trusted to steer a young boxer through his career... I would suggest not.
However, if he was to put a respected, stable, experienced man at the helm of GBP, I see no reason why they cannot keep attracting top fighters to their stable..
But Oscar has to move fast.... Everyday brings more bad publicity....

I'm not sure what fighter is going to stay or sign with a company whose CEO is constantly in and out of rehab.

Yes.
Oh man, if you're at GB your stomach has to sink just seeing all the Haymon fighters from 140-154lb.
It's okay though, who needs Mayweather, Thurman, Garcia, etc... when you have Zab Judah and Jesus Soto-Karass!!
Nope, unless Oscar gets a good replacement
