yeah probably just try it out. Everything seems good, it's a laptop processor though so that might be a little weak, but still an i5 should be good enough.
And yes, the Radeon is the dedicated graphics card. Intel's i5 and i7 processors come with an integrated graphics card, but it's weak. The Radeon should do just fine though.
