I have a limited budget but i really want to get enough clothes to actually make a difference in my wardrobe. I love babydoll tops, short sleeved hoodies and shirts that show off my curvy figure!!!! thank you!!!!

First things first: You'll need to know how to sew. Its easy and the sewing machine will pay for itself.
Go to a second hand store like Salvation Army or Goodwill and find some things that you like...
Then go to Threadbanger.com!!
You'd be amazed at the things you can do with t-shirts or hoodies.
Your clothes will be one of a kind!
If you're on a limited budget, then I'll suggest Kohl's (they have a sale like every weekend) or maybe Target and Walmart (I think Wal-Mart has a clothing section...). Aeropostale also has these nice polos for I think 10-13 dollars
With a budget of $20, go to Goodwill.
