well the term baggage usually means the person already has issues ( not only AIDS but drama) and sometimes others don't want people with issues *baggage. Sometimes a persons children from another relationship can be baggage.... so it is pretty much anything 1 person brings into a relationship that the other would have to deal with.
If one says a person has baggage, it means they have issues. Be it a drug problem, bad relationships in the past that are still affecting them, etc... It usually refers to things that impact negatively on a relationship.
What Mimi is saying is "You don't want someone with all this bad stuff going on, especially if I'm going to die soon."
She means she that because she has AIDS she has no "lifetime gurantee", and she would just be extra baggage (or a hinderance) to Roger.
They use the baggage as an analogy to her being a hinderance to Roger since she is going to die from AIDS.
She means that Roger doesn't need a relationship with someone that has a drug problem. She also knows that she may be dying. So, the "baggage" is her drug problem, and the lifetime guarantee is her, dying.
