What are some cheap and easy meals for a poor college age kid? Mac n cheese, ramen noodles, hotdogs, vienna sausage, peanut butter, tuna, what else? I would appreciate some healthier options too.

Those Knorr/Lipton rice packets. They're only a dollar. Get the buffalo chicken one. Add a little can of cooked chicken ($1.60) and you have dinner. Or the spanish rice one and add half a can of black beans (can is 60 cents). Use the other half of the can (or the rices) in scrambled eggs. (Less than $2 for 18). And invest in a bag of shredded cheddar on sale along with some tortillas. You'll be set fopr quite a while.
LOL @ Peanut Butter. Maybe some Nutella and Bread?
carrot and humas
cereal and milk
protein shakes meal replacers (if you get a big container average about $1.50 a serving)
yogurt
rice (you can add anything to it and you have a meal)
oatmeal
eggs
I find Mac and cheese easy and good lol.
buy some potatoes. you can cook them hellllllla different ways, and you'd be surprised at how inexpensive some of the fresh produce is. i dont know if your a fan of fruits and veggies, but if you are check it out. also canned soups, chilis, chef boyardi, etc. are always nice.
