Im planing on starting to do some exercises and streches because the doctor said im too stiff. So what are some streches i can do daily you know triceps, quads, windmills, middle school gym stuff. And also different exercises like crunches and pull ups or push ups nothing that needs any equiptment but a pull up bar. Just stuff to get into shape.
