so ive been having this stomach ache today and it was kinda on and off. its sort of like you feel your stomach is empty now that wasnt something i was too worried about but today i went to the washroom and my stool (poop) was dark (almost black i couldnt really tell) and when i whiped it was dark brown on the toilet paper. so i decided to google it and i saw that pepto makes your poop black, and i did have 2 pepto tablets (those chewing ones) two days ago. now i also read it can mean internal bleeding and thats where i get confused and freaked out. cuz my stomach is hurting again and im not sure if its because im hungry or it might be something else but the dark stool is also worrying me. is it normal to have it two days after taking the pepto. also how serious can my condition be? im thinking of going to the doctor in the morning but now im kinda freaking out and i dont want to go to sleep. my only symptoms are dark stool, stomach ache on and off during the day, and gas (burps and farts randomly). help! can i have something serious or can it wait till tomorrow?
