i've had a discharge the whole time. but within the last month or so, its like white, like a creamy color, and is thick. like it was like that before, but not so thick. i dunno what thats all about. but recently, if i walk around alot or get really active, more will come out, and i'll feel really moist. and like the area around the white ness on my undies is like wet. it also doesn't seem to be coming from my vagina anyway. like when you get your period its normally in the middle of the little rectangle in the undies, but this is at like the front line of the rectangle, sometimes a little higher.
whats the deal?

Discharge is common in pregnancy. However, changes in the pH of the vagina are also common in pregnancy. The only way to tell a normal discharge from an abnormal discharge due to pH imbalance is for your OB/GYN to take a swab of it and test it for bacterial vaginosis or yeast. If it is thick and looks like cottage cheese, chances are it is yeast. If it is thin and grey it could be bacterial vaginosis. However, if you don't have any symptoms like itching associated with it, it's probably normal discharge. If you are 36 weeks pregnant, you are probably seeing your OB/GYN every week now. Make sure to mention the discharge to the physician when you see them and they take a look at it - don't self-medicate.
