Do some crunches everyday without any equipment, you don't have to do like 100s every day, like 4 sets of 15-20 with proper form. Make sure you do cardio too, 30-60 minutes of running, jogging, dancing, jumping rope, etc.
The most important thing is diet, eat 500-1000 calories less than what you burn, stop eating junk food. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats are all needed. Eat 6 meals spaced 2-3 hours apart, drink 8 cups of water daily over soda/beer/high sugar fruit juices.
It obviously depends on your weight, but unless you're close, like where you can see them now, you won't get abs by the end of the month especially with the extra equipment you're using now. Just do what I said and stick to it for a while.
