We are sick of meatloaf, tacos, spaghetti and lasagna. Need something quick, cheap and easy with as little ingredients as possible. Oh, and my wife wont look at Sloppy Joe's since she was pregnant, lol.
Thank you
Update:When i say easy and cheap, I mean REALLY cheap and REALLY easy, lol. We are ground beef throw in prego sauce for spaghetti kind of people so all the dicing and chopping is not easy for us, lol. But I thank all anyways. I think we are going with Kim's recipe, thanks a lot, it sounds yummy.

Fry the ground beef with some diced onion, salt and pepper. Add in some packaged or jar brown gravy. Cook until bubbling. Remove from heat and add in 1 tbl. butter and some milk (or heavy cream or half and half) with 1 tbl. sour cream.
Add in some crushed caraway seeds if you have them and some extra freshly ground black pepper.
Serve over some ribbon style egg noodles and VIOLA! You have a fast and easy Ground Beef Stroganoff.
Goes GREAT with buttered rye bread - with seeds, of course and some pickled beets on the side if you like them.

Easy Thai Peanut Noodles 1 package Lipton Beef Noodle mix 1 Tbsp soy sauce large "glob" of crunchy peanut butter Diced green onion Mix up the noodle mix as directed, but with an extra 2 Tbsp water. Add the soy sauce to the noodles as they cook. As soon as it's done, remove the noodles from the heat and stir in the peanut butter. Stir and let sit 5 mins. Sprinkle the green onion over the top. Great side dish for grilled chicken. To make the chicken into Peanut Satay, make a dipping sauce of 1/4 cup boiling water, 2 Tbsp soy sauce and 1/3 - 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter. Cut the chicken into strips and dip in the sauce.
