My friend is getting married in 14 months and I want to really get a good workout routine going and have a complete clean lifestyle by the time her wedding comes. Has anyone actually tried this "Detox diet?" I'd like to know if it works and if you are still hungry after doing.
Also, with regards to workouts. Does anyone have suggestions where I can find a FREE online workout schedule? I have a gym in my complex that I'll be using, I just need to figure out HOW I am going to work out.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
There are several types of detox diet. Example, you can do the lemonade cleanse, miracle grape cure, raw food detox diet or sign up with any specially designed detox diets. As with any diets, you need to select one that you feel comfortable with and that you think you will stick to.
