Can someone please give me a broken down list of the most nutritional fruits and veggies to eat when you are on a strict fruit and veggie diet?
I am not a vegan so I dont know what different types I should eat to get all of my nutrients.
Update:I dont really know which minerals I am lacking in...Jeeez I guess with the way I used to eat probably all of them haha.
But really I am not looking to lose any weight. I am pretty tiny allready I just want to get healthy.
I need an idea of a well balanced plan to just obtain good health and nutrition.
I exercise almost daily. I go to the gym. I just got in the habbit of eating junk b/c my job demands that I am on the road almost all day. So I am usually going thru a drive thru and feeling like crap after.
Whats the point in eating when all you eat is crap? So I am changing over to a more natural diet.
It would be ideal to use fruits and veggies I can chop on and take on the road.
I am hypoglycemic so I need to really need to focus on 5 small meals a day.

If you just want to be healthy, then you might want to consider a diet that includes more than just fruits and veggies. Someday you might change your mind about wanting to be on this diet, and you'll have SO many problems with your body not being able to tolerate many foods.
It happened to me, and 11 years later I still suffer.
You could really make yourself sick. See a dietician, they can help you do things the safe way.
