This sounds dumb but I think eye bags and dark circles look really cool. Im 18 now, I had pretty good eye bags and circles when I was 15, and I still have them for the most part. My question is, how do I get baggier eyes and darker circles under them? Is there something I can do, or since I got them at a young age will I most likely get more and more effects over time? I am italian american if that helps hereditary-wise. Thanks.
