are you getting enough water? dehydration can be a huge cause of headaches. some people are just prone to headaches too - you may want to talk to your doctor to make sure they are not migraines. there are a lot of good headache medications out there like fiorinal, fioricet, and over the counter excedrin which can be a huge help to you as well.
