On November 24, 2010, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency announced it would make five synthetic cannabinoids Schedule I drugs within a month using emergency powers.[3] Prior to the announcement, several US states had already made them illegal under state law. As of March 1, 2011, five cannabinoids, JWH-018, JWH-073, CP-47,497, JWH-200, and cannabicyclohexanol are now illegal in the US.[4]

Spice does not cause a positive drug test for cannabis or other illegal drugs using GC-MS-screening with library search, multi-target screening by LC-MS/MS, or immunological screening procedures.[18][30] A study has been conducted into the detection of metabolites of JWH-018 in urine; the metabolites are mainly conjugates with glucuronic acid and can be reliably detected by GC–MS/MS and LC–MS/MS.[32]

So, yes, it can be detected, and if you have been smoking it daily, I do hope the test finds it, and your probation is revoked. You obviously aren't taking the conditions of your probation seriously.

Drug tests are already public for the chems that were banned this year, and the same company has a test for several of the other chems available. The tests I have seen have a 72 hour window of detection in urine.
