I keep telling her that she's perfect the way she is - but she's at that age where even an ounce of extra weight makes her shy. So anyways, here's the question -

How much should a 14 year old girl that's 4'11 - 5 foot tall weight? Like on average, or to be healthy and what not.

Please answer only if you actually know, not just if you can guess. Personal experience is very much welcome.
