that's happening to me too. usually, people won't wanna chat with you through phone or messages cos it costs money. it's better to chat in person. and chatting through phone or messages won't happen to friends or acquientances, usually only best friends would wanna do that but it still depends whether if your best friend is much on vocals or not.

A lot of times, people are busy with other friends or family or Bfs and girlfriends. Maybe you are pretty and popular, but maybe you aren't their best friend.

i found myself in this case one time...but come to find out they weren't my friends at all. When I needed them the most they wouldn't help in any way...I'm not saying that you shouldn't talk to them, but just watch your back!!
