at 13 your a 108 pounds. gee l wish l was that again! when l was 13. l wasn`t even close to being a 108. and l was very skinny to. l was so skinny l wore a size 5 in pants that`s how skinny l was. l use to always worry my mom about how much l weighed. but no l don`t think 108 is to bad. just don`t go over 160. then you`ll be a little bit of trouble
You're fine. Don't let being skinny now get you down. You're about to go through a lot of changes (puberty). In your later teens and early 20s you will probably start to fill out nicely. Don't start eating badly and trying to gain a bunch of wight. That is really unhealthy. You probably just have a high metabolism, which is great at your age. It will get lower as you age.
Do not worry you will gain weight as you grow older. Do you have a good diet and not vomit what you have eaten. You will be happy that you are not over weight. It takes a long time to lose weight and it took me a year to go from 209lbs to 130lbs. If you feel good you should be happy. If you feel that you might have something wrong see your Doctor...
Read about health and nutrition. See if you are eating well, then evaluate and see if you may have high metabolism. If you have not started to mature you still have a child body and when you are old enough, your hormones will fill out your body. There are so many things to consider. Not terribly underweight, but you could stand to gain a few pounds. If you have a very high metabolism, as some people do, and it's hard to gain weight, that's fine.
You definitely are bordering on a serious problem You are too thin for your height. Please do not worry about getting fat. you need to increase your calorie intake. You could take some protein drinks that are healthy and put weight on you. If you do not gain weight you could start to have medical problems. Please talk to your parents or maybe your gym teacher for advice.
