Kitten With Fleas and Mites?

Hi!

We recently found a small, stray/feral kitten (who is very scared of everyone else but has attached to me) who was emaciated and was so sick her eyes were stuck shut with infection. We found her two weeks ago today, and since then her infection has cleared up and she's gained some weight. However, she is covered in fleas and her ears are full of ear mites. We gave her a bath already and that cleared up most of her fleas (although I still can see some scurrying around in her fur) but her ears still have a lot of mite gunk in them.

The vet, when we first took her in when we found her, gave us Revolution and said to use it. However... at the time they gave it to us, she was still severely underweight and still had a very bad URI. It says in the Revolution Warnings & Safety to "not use in sick, debilitated or underweight animals" and goes on to say that

"A kitten, estimated to be 5-6 weeks old (0.3 kg), died 8 1⁄2 hours after receiving a single treatment of REVOLUTION at the recommended dosage. The kitten displayed clinical signs which included muscle spasms, salivation and neurological signs. The kitten was a stray with an unknown history and was malnourished and underweight"

I obviously didn't use the Revolution on her while she was sick & underweight when I saw that (how horrible..), but now that it's been two weeks, I was wondering if it would be safe to use it on her?

Her URI is gone except for the occasional sneeze, but she's taking antibiotics twice a day still to clear everything up. She's filled out a bunch, but my next question is, what weight it supposed to be 'healthy' so that I can use the Revolution on her? She's currently 1 lb and 9 ¼ ounces. No clue how old she is... Could be anywhere from 6 wks + I guess, but I really don't know. Here's some pics:

If you could tell me what would be considered a healthy weight for her and when I can use the Revolution to get rid of her fleas and ear mites, that'd be great. ^^ Thanks!

PS: Also, her eyes shake/vibrate quickly; they don't move from one side of her head to the other or anything, but they pretty much tremor I guess. Though not so quickly to where it looks violent.. they just shake back and forth. Any reason for this? Thanks again ^^
