How does a Swiss, Cheddar and Parmesan Quiche sound?
I'm not really sure if they go together. What do you think? The quiche will also include bacon, mushrooms, onions, and maybe some sausage if that makes a difference.

When it comes to cheese, there are no limits ;)
But really, that sounds SUPER good. My only suggestion is to only use one type of meat though...don't do bacon and sausage. I actually think quiche tastes best when vegetarian...do mushroom, onion, and spinach! It's one of my favorite combos.
