Does anyone know what the laws are in indiana reguarding school buses picking elementary kids? Our school district wants my 1st grade and kindergartener to get on the bus 2 streets away. Obviously I walk my kids to and from the stop, but that just seems far for their age plus the bus comes by my house.

There is no legal requirement for the school bus to pick your child up on their own street. It's just the reality of having to bus multiple students. There simply isn't time to stop on every street on the route and still get them to school on time.
If you feel that an additional stop should be added, you should be contacting the school board to request a new stop.
Transportation routes are set by the school board. Talk to them.
2 issues would desire to be accomplished right here, one checklist this to the first, 2d if the first refuses to act, checklist this to CPA, infant risk-free practices employer. those TA's would desire to transferred or fired.
