I want a puzzle on my website where each piece is a different link. I have the jpeg graphic that I made, but I don't know how in the world to do this. I know how to group the pieces and make the group link to a page, but I can't figure out how to have each piece be to a different link and still be in puzzle form. Do I need to change the type of image file?
Serious answers only. Thanks in advance!

No this is called image mapping. I believe theres a tutorial about how to do it on SwimChick.net
But first you need a program like photoshop or paint shop pro.
Its actually really simple to do.
*If you have Dreamweaver. Use the polygon hotspot tool in the properties toolbar, below Map on the bottom left, once you insert the image. This will take some time, but you can trace each piece.
A hot spot over the centre of each puzzle piece pointing to the url location should suffice, as long as your pieces are square, rectangular or circular (I think a circle hotspot is an option?).
Is your puzzle one single image?

Or a whole bunch of 'em? In that case you can just add an anchor tag <a href="..."> to each.
<a href="nextpage.htm"><img src="blah.jpg" /></a>
