I really like my best friend's sister. Right now she's going out with a total douche and he treats her like crap. Even my friend thinks he's not right for her. But I know how truly special she is and I think if I could be with her, I would be truly happy again.
He doesn't know I like her, but Im pretty sure he would be happy if I asked her out. And by the way she interacts with me when I see her, I have this deep gut feeling she likes me too and is just waiting for me to make a move. (But I've been wrong before...many times in fact.)
I've been thinking about this for a long time, but my concern is that after I talk to my friend about it, our friendship will be awkward, whether she wants to be with me or not.
I don't know what to do. I care about her very much and all I want is for her to be with someone that will treat her like the amazing person she is.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Maybe u should talk to your friend about it first. The one ramification I can think of is if the relationship goes sour will u guys still be friends or will u lose your friendship along with your relationship with the girl ? Also if u come by r u coming to spend time with him or her and is one going to be jealous of u spending time with the other? Good luck though
